Dekmantel Festival has a zero tolerance policy in regards to drugs. The possession and/or dealing of drugs is prohibited at Dekmantel Festival. If there is any evidence of over use and/or possession, confiscation of the drugs will follow and the offender and the drugs will be handed over to the police. Please note that this also includes soft drugs (for example, but not limited to, marihuana, canabis, weed).
Dekmantel reserves the right to refuse / deny (further) access to visitors in a drunken state and/or under the influence of drugs.
Dekmantel Festival has a minimum age of 18 years, a valid government-issued ID is required and visitors have to present this on first demand.
Visitors can not regain entry to Dekmantel Festival without a valid weekend wristlet. Re-entry is only possible after paying a new entrance fee (as long as Dekmantel Festival’s capacity allows). Only original, undamaged tickets are valid. Visitors have to be in possession of a valid ticket.
Visitors of Dekmantel Festival are subject to a pre-emptive search.
Possession of drugs, glass, plastic bottles, cans, fireworks, (fire) arms and/or other dangerous otherwise prohibited items (umbrella's, selfie sticks) are not allowed. Neither are substances, food, (alcoholic) drinks and/or animals.
Prescribed medicines are allowed only with written permission from Dekmantel.
Smoking is only permitted outdoor or in designated area’s
Dekmantel has a zero tolerance policy on verbal or physical abuse or aggressive behaviour, whether it is used against Dekmantel Festival staff or towards other visitors.
Visitors of Dekmantel Festival must be properly dressed. Offensive, provocative or indecent clothing (this includes football shirts) is not allowed on the festival grounds.
Without written consent of Dekmantel, it is prohibited to promote or sell any kind of service or product. This also goes for the close surroundings of the festival terrain. Possible costs of cleaning will be charged to the company or organization who’s responsible.
Dekmantel will automatically have the right to use all video or photo material made on the festival terrain, free and without notice.
It is not allowed to make professional audio or video recordings without written permission from the organization.
Access to the festival grounds will be denied to visitors who do not comply with these house rules and Dekmantel’s ‘Terms and Conditions For Visitors’ without the right to reimbursement of tickets, any service charges and/or other costs.
Visitors are held to follow instructions, regulations and/or directions of (security) staff of Dekmantel Festival at all times.
Visiting Dekmantel Festival is at the visitor’s own risk. Dekmantel takes no responsibility for any damages on any grounds whatsoever, which directly or indirectly arise out of acts or omissions of Dekmantel, persons in its service, other persons who are working at the festival, or third parties during or in connection with the stay at the festival, unless the damage is caused by intent or gross negligence by Dekmantel. Dekmantel’s responsibility is always limited to the grand sum paid by its insurance in this event.
Visitors are advised to wear earplugs; these will be available at the first aid and info point of Dekmantel Festival.
When entering and leaving Dekmantel Festival visitors shall not cause nuisance or damage to the neighbourhood and neighbouring nature.
Glasses and/or cups (empty or filled) are not allowed to be taken outside the festival area.
Bought coins for consumptions can not be refunded for money.
Dekmantel requests visitors to alarm security or staff in the case of a calamity.
Dekmantel Festival staff will always have the final say in these matters and/or matters not covered by these house rules.
By entering the festival grounds visitors agree to have read and understood these house rules and agree to comply with and be bound by these house rules.
