Do you have a code of conduct?

Dekmantel is committed to providing a friendly, safe, supportive and harassment-free environment for all festival attendees and participants, regardless of age, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, disability, physical appearance, origin, ethnicity, religion or other group identity.

The Dekmantel Code of Conduct outlines our expectations for a space that all visitors can enjoy without experiencing harassment or feeling unsafe. Cooperation is expected from everyone, including our crew, volunteers, security, partners, freelancers and other stakeholders such as artists, photographers and videographers. Anyone who violates this Code of Conduct will be warned or asked to leave at the discretion of the festival organizers.

We also want to point out the fact that it's important to use hearing protection. Over the last couple of years, we have been focussing on good sound systems and provide (free) earplugs which will be available at the EHBO and merchandise stand at the festival site.
